Built in 1898, our home at 1025 Colorado Avenue has stood at the heart of Glenwood Springs for well over a century. It's a classic Victorian — the kind of architecture that doesn't get built anymore, full of character in every corner: original wood beams, shiplap ceilings, and stained-glass detail that has quietly witnessed generations of Colorado history.

Local lore suggests the house may have once served as a sanatorium, back in an era when Glenwood Springs itself was known as a destination for healing and restoration, thanks to the natural hot springs the town was built around. Whether guests came here in the 1800s seeking the same renewal they do today, we like to think the spirit of the place hasn't changed much — it's still a place people come to slow down, breathe easier, and feel cared for.
